How to:
1. Paint board
2. Sand Edges
3. Apply vinyl
4. Optional: wipe board with stain
5. Optional: put a sealer over the board to protect from weather (Mod Podge or a spray sealer works great).
6. Hang by putting wire through holes of the wood and twisting together the ends. Feed ribbon through wire and tie around the wreath.
